This writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed assailing the legality and validity of the order dated 11.09.2019 passed by the Board of Revenue Rajasthan, Ajmer dismissing the revision petition filed by the petitioners against the order dated 05.07.2017 passed by the Revenue Appellate Authority allowing an application filed by the respondents under Section 5 of Limitation Act and condoning the delay in preferring the appeal.
The writ petition has been preferred on 28.01.2022 assailing the order passed way back on 11.09.2019. In view thereof, it suffers from delay and laches. Despite asking of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioners is not able to satisfy as to why the writ petition should be entertained which suffers from delay and laches. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed on this count alone.
