At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has also filed a representation dated 13.04.2023 (Annexure-4) before the competent authority of the respondents for mitigation of her grievances and the same may be directed to be decided by the competent authority.

In view of the aforesaid submission made, the competent authority of respondents is directed to decide the aforesaid representation objectively as expeditiously as possible.
