Grievance of the petitioner arises out of an order dated 23.05.2023 (Annex.9), vide which the order dated 18.05.2023 was cancelled and the petitioner was directed to join at Zila Parishad NAREGA Branch Office.
Petition was filed on 26.05.2023. Ever since it has remained pending without there being any interim protection granted to the petitioner.

In the premise, the petition filed before this Court is rendered infructuous by sheer efflux of time and for lack of any interim stay order. It is disposed of accordingly.
Liberty is however, granted to the petitioner to pursue his/her cause before the competent authority of the department for mitigation of his/her grievance, if any, by filing appropriate representation.
