The instant petition is filed with the following prayers:-

“ i) The respondents may be directed to revise the result dated 27.06.2024 by quashing and setting aside and the same may be ordered to be

revised on the basis of total 831 marks (merit be prepared on the basis of 277 questions which are treated as correct instead of 300 questions and 900 marks), in the interest of justice.

ii). The shifting of the marks of the deleted questions to remaining questions may be declared arbitrary and illegal and contrary to the rules which requires each question carrying equal marks and accordingly the same may be ordered to be set right, in the interest of justice .”

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant matter is squarely covered by the dictum encapsulated in SBCWP No. 13561/2024 titled as Surendra Choudhary & Ors. vs. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board & Ors. wherein, vide order dated 11.09.2024 the issue is resolved and is no more res integra.

Learned AAG Shri Chhaba, AAG and Shri Taneja, AAG has made no objection to the same. The above two prayers are disposed of in the same light.

Qua the prayer no. 3 which is reproduced below:-

“ iii) The candidates who are having age less than 21 years may be ordered to be ousted from zone of the selection as such candidates are ineligible and they do not possess minimum 21 years of age as on 01.01.2024 as required under the Rules. ”

It is submitted that once learned AAG Shri B.S. Chhaba and Shri Sandeep Taneja, AAG have conceded to the fact that at the time of final selection the age criteria of 21 years as spelled out in the advertisement will be taken care of, the petitioner at this stage has no grievance.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
