At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the issue raised in this petition which concerns certain defaults while filling OMR sheets is covered vide order dated 23.07.2024 passed by this Court in the case of Payal Soni & Anr. Vs.

Rajasthan High Court & Anr. (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11861/2024) .

We have gone through the contents of the petition as also the order passed on 23.07.2024 in the case of Payal Soni & Anr. Vs. Rajasthan High Court & Anr. (supra).

We are satisfied that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is identical and in view of the categoric finding recorded that mistakes in OMR sheets cannot be allowed to be corrected and the only course open is to exclude such candidate from the process of selection. 4. In view of above consideration and the order passed by this Court in the case of Payal Soni & Anr. Vs. Rajasthan High Court & Anr. (supra) , this petition is also required to be dismissed.

Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application, if any, also stands dismissed.
