Perusal of the record indicates that the fair price shop licence of the petitioner was cancelled by the District Supply Officer vide order dated 15.12.2009. On inspection, several irregularities were found in the functioning of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the aforesaid order, the petitioner unsuccessfully submitted an appeal before the District Collector, Jaipur as well as a revision petition before the Food Commissioner, however the appeal as well as the revision petition were rejected vide order dated 09.03.2010

and 29.06.2012 by recording concurrent findings against the petitioner.

This Court finds no error in all the three impugned orders passed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
