that the dispute occurred between them on account of nongrant of connection. Perusal of the record indicates that Crime No.767/2015 was registered against the appellant for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 188, 166 IPC and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act, but after investigation, Police submitted final report negative against which a protest petition was filed by the respondent complainant on 13.10.2016 and thereafter the statements of the complainant and the other witnesses were recorded under Section 200 and 202 Cr.P.C and cognizance was taken against the appellant for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 166 IPC and 3-1(X) of the SC/ST (POA) Act and the appellant was summoned for his appearance before the Court. Aggrieved by the aforesaid order, the appellant has approached this Court by way of filing this appeal. During pendency of this appeal, the complainant respondent has submitted a compromise indicating therein that on account of misunderstanding the FIR was registered against the appellant, now the complainant does not want to prosecute the appellant, so the order of taking cognizance against the appellant be quashed and set aside.
