Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner for his transfer from Special Central Jail, Shalyawas to Open Air Camp is pending before the concerned authorities. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the concerned authorities may be directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner within one month.
In view of the limited prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the application filed by the petitioner, if pending with them, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
