Learned Addl.G.A. appearing for the State submitted the factual report from which it is clear that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer has found offence(s) under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 336, 307, 427, 504, 458 IPC and Sections 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act and Sections 3/25(1-b)(a) of Arms Act to have been made out against the petitioner.
So, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all objections, as raised in this petition, before the trial Court during trial.
