Vide order dated 11.03.2019, interim protection was granted to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that thereafter, no threat has been received against the petitioners.
In these circumstances, no further and fresh order is required to be passed in this matter.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate application before the respondent No.4, if they receive any threat.
Respondent No.4 is also directed to take appropriate steps, if any such application is filed before him by the petitioners.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed
of.
