The the instant miscellaneous petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for issuing direction to the trial court to conclude trial at earliest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge-sheet was filed against the petitioner on 20.10.2021. Counsel further submits that only two prosecution witnesses have been examined out of 25 cited witnesses. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a young boy and preparing for competitive examination. Counsel further submits that trial court should be directed to expedite the proceedings.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the limited prayer, learned trial court is directed to
