By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 16.11.2021 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate No.6, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, whereby the said court framed the charges against the petitioner for the offence under Section 411 IPC.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, in my considered opinion, the order dated 16.11.2021 passed by the trial court is revisable. So, the present petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the revisional court by way of revision petition.
