Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not want to press the instant criminal misc. petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the competent authority.
In view of the above submission, the misc. petition as well as stay application are dismissed as not pressed. However, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation alongwith the relevant documents before the Investigating Officer and the Investigating Officer is directed to consider the documents in an objective manner before forming any opinion.
