In pursuance of order dated 06.12.2023, Mr. Devendra Singh, ASI, PS Pahari-Investigating Officer of this case is present in person. Under his instructions, learned State Counsel submits that two accused persons have already been arrested and one is absconding for which serious efforts are being made to arrest him.
He further submits that investigation would be completed within a period of two months. Therefore, sometime may be given to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, Investigating officer is directed to conclude the investigation on or before 15.03.2024 and submit the result of investigation in the concerned Court.
