Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record, a factual report dated 09.01.2024 and submitted that the investigating agency after making a thorough investigation in connection with FIR No.95/2019 registered at Police Station Mavli, District Udaipur, has filed a negative Final Report qua the present petitioner.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in view of the fact that a negative Final Report has been filed qua the present petitioner before the competent criminal court, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present misc. petition.
Consequently, the present criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
The complainant, however shall be at liberty to raise all his objections in the appropriate proceedings before the competent forum.
