Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record factual report dated 13.05.2024 and submitted that investigating agency after making thorough investigation in connection with F.I.R. No.544/2023, registered at Police Station Kotwali Bhilwara, District Bhilwara, has proposed a negative Final Report qua the present petitioner.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in view of the fact that negative Final Report has been proposed qua the present petitioner before the competent criminal court, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present misc. petition.
Consequently, the present criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. The petitioner however shall be at liberty to take up legal recourse, if need arises.
