After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he does not want to press the instant criminal misc. petition with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation alongwith all requisite documents before the competent authority.
In view of the above submission, the misc. petition petition as well as stay application are dismissed as not pressed. However,
