molestation, improper sexual advances, for forcing her to establish physical relations with him and being harassed for the purpose of sexual abuse to her; the accused used to tease the victim by repeatedly calling her in his office Chamber raising demand for indecent sexual favours. The allegation of mounting pressure upon her and putting her under coercion for the purpose of establishing physical relationship on the threat of dire consequences as well, touching her body parts and on several occasion, making attempt to commit rape upon her and threats to keep mum.
