Having regard to the allegations levelled against the accused-petitioners so also the fact that three persons sustained injuries in the alleged incident and two of them sustained grievous injuries, this Court is not inclined to grant the liberty of anticipatory bail to the accused-petitioners.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application filed under
Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
