On going through the allegations levelled against the accused-petitioner, this Court prima facie finds that the accusedpetitioner has tried to influence the recruitment process and also the proceedings of litigation pending before the High Court by making a phone call to the Chairman of the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board in the name of Officer in the Chief Minister’s office.
In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant indulgence of anticipatory bail to the accused-petitioner.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
