Singh and Randheer Singh filed a Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.2860/2024 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. before this Court and the same is dismissed vide order dated 14.05.2024, therefore, considering the above facts, I am not inclined to accept the anticipatory bail of the accused-petitioners.
