Learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this above mentioned bail application. However, he seeks liberty to file afresh after recording the statement presecutrix.
Hence, the present criminal misc. bail application is hereby dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. Since the accused applicant is in custody for a quite long period, therefore, the learned trial Court is directed to record the statements of the said witnesses on priority at the earliest.
