Instant application for bail has been filed by petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.246/2023 registered at Police Station Sadar, Fatehpur District Sikar for offence(s) under Sections 323, 341, 382, 452, 427 & 325 of IPC.

Heard counsel for petitioner and learned public prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Having considered the nature of accusation to snatch Rs.20,000/- from the liquor shop, petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2023, charge-sheet has been filed, offences are triable by Magistrate, but without commenting on merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release petitioner on bail subject to condition.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered that accused-petitioner Satyendra Singh @ Satya S/o Shri Mahendra Singh shall be released on bail provided, he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.

However, in view of pendency of cases against the petitioner, in addition to above mentioned conditions, petitioner is directed to mark his attendance before the concerned Police Station Sadar, Fatehpur District Sikar in the first week of every month. It is made clear that if the petitioner is found involved in any similar offence, during bail granted by this Court or breach of any of the condition is reported or come to the notice of the Court, the same shall be a reason for the trial Court to cancel the bail, granted by this Court.
