Instant bail applications have been filed by petitioners under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.231/2023 registered at Police Station Galta Gate, District Jaipur City (North) for offences under Sections 143, 341, 323, 452, 307 & 302 IPC in

respect of petitioner-Aamir Khan and for offences under Sections 143, 341, 323, 452 & 302 IPC in respect of petitioner-Shahbaj.

Counsel for petitioners have contended that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed and deceased Akhil Ahmed died because of head injury and that injury is not directly attributed to petitioners. Therefore, petitioners be granted benefit of bail.

After arguing for some time, counsel for petitioners, at this stage seeks permission to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file afresh before the trial Court, after recording statements of complainant-Heena, parents of deceased and eye witnesses namely Shamshad & Shahbaz.

In view of above, the present bail applications are dismissed as not press at this stage with the liberty as prayed for.
