Shri Hukam Singh, Advocate present before this Court on behalf of Mr. Jitendra Ojha, Advocate submits that the present criminal bail application is a duplicate of S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail application No. 11238/2022 (kamlesh Vs. State). Therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to pursue S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 11238/2022.
In view of aforesaid submission, the present criminal bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue the S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 11238/2022 (Kamlesh Vs. State) presented by him before this Court on 23.08.2022.
