Petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No.786/2024 registered with the Police Station, Muhana, District Jaipur City (South) for offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 308(2) & 119(1) of B.N.S., 2023.

Considered the submissions made at bar and also perused the case diary.

On perusal of the case diary, it is revealed that the injuries sustained by the injured-complainant party are simple in nature.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations levelled against the present petitioner, so also the fact that the injuries sustained by the injured-complainant party are simple in nature,

this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to extend the anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The present Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. The S.H.O./I.O./Arresting Authority, Police Station Muhana, District Jaipur City (South) in F.I.R. No. 786/2024 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to his satisfaction on the following conditions:-

(I). that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii). that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or any police officer, and

(iii). that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court.
