The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioner in connection with FIR No.283/2024 registered at Police Station Udhyog Nagar, District Alwar for the offences under Sections 143, 323 and 341 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties have entered into a compromise and the complainant also does not want to proceed further in this case.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant alongwith the complainant herself does not dispute the fact of compromise in between the parties.

Considered the submissions made at bar also also perused the challan papers.

Taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case so also the fact that the accusedpetitioner is in custody since 22.07.2024 and the parties have entered into compromise, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner named above in connection with the aforesaid FIR shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, together with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
