Having considered the allegations levelled against the petitioner so also the fact that the petitioner has been absconding for last more than 15 years, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accused-petitioner.
Accordingly, the present bail application under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S. is dismissed.
