This second bail application has been filed by the accused petitioners u/S 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 72/2024 registered at Police Station Kaman, District Deeg for offence u/S 3, 4 & 8 of Rajasthan Bovine Act.

The first bail application No. 8191/2024 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 16.07.2024 with liberty to file fresh bail application after filing of charge-sheet.

Learned counsel for the accused petitioners submits that the accused petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and after completion of investigation, the police has submitted chargesheet in the matter. He further submits that the trial will take its

own time, therefore the accused petitioners may be released on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused petitioners and so also the allegations against the accused petitioners and further the fact that the police has submitted charge-sheet in the matter, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits or demerits of this case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, this second bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided that they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only)(each), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
