Instant application has been filed under Section 403 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, on behalf of petitioner praying therein for correction in the order dated 04.12.2024 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No.13675/2024.
Submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that inadvertently, in the cause-title of the order dt.04.12.2024, the name of the custody jail has been mentioned as District Jail, Jaipur, instead of District Jail, Tonk. Therefore, the order dated 04.12.2024 may be corrected/rectified to the extent of amending the name of the jail from District Jail, Jaipur to District Jail, Tonk.
Considering the submissions made herein-above & for the reasons detailed out in memo of present application, the order dt. 04.12.2024 is corrected/rectified to the extent that in the cause-title of the aforesaid order, the name of the custody jail be read as District Jail, Tonk, instead of District Jail, Jaipur. Rest of the order shall be

maintained as such. This order shall be treated as an integral part of the order dated 04.12.2024.
Office is directed to make necessary corrections, if any, in the cause-title accordingly.
