Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an advertisement dated 04.12.2019 was issued inviting the applications for Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment Examination, 2019. It is further submitted that petitioner had applied for the said post of constable under General EWS Category.
Furthermore, it is submitted that during document verification the concerned authorities declined to consider the candidature of the petitioner qua the said post on the ground that EWS Certificate of the petitioner is not online rather offline certificate. Therefore, the present petition is filed seeking

directions qua the respondents for consideration of offline EWS certificate and grant the petitioner appointment, against 10% reservation for EWS Category.
Additionally, it is submitted that the instant matter is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10771/2021 titled as Mohan Singh vs. The State of Rajasthan and Ors. and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7232/2021 titled as Ajay Singh & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.
Lastly, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that the petitioner is entitled to the ratio and relief granted in the above cited judgments.
Learned counsel for the respondent has not refuted the above stated contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances, and maintaining the judicial parity, this Court deems it apposite to grant the similar relief to the petitioner as granted in the above cited judgments.
Accordingly, the present petition is allowed in light of the above cited judgments. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
