This Misc. Application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred seeking correction in the particular of petitioner and respondent no.2 mentioned in the order dated 08.12.2023 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18896/2023 as well as cause-title of the writ petition and stay petition. 2. Such mistake in the cause title(s), as per learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, occurred, while the writ petition as well as stay petition were being drafted, consequent whereupon, the same wrong cause title formed part of the aforementioned order dated 08.12.2023 also. Learned counsel profusely apologizes for such mistake.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The particulars of petitioner and respondent no.2, occurring in the writ petition, stay petition as well as in the order dated 08.12.2023, is substituted by following:

“Petitioner:- Rajendra Chawariya S/o Shri Jaichand, aged about 24 years, R/o Ward no.9, Rajgarh, District Churu (Raj.).

Respondent No.2:- Commissioner, Municipal Council, Rajgarh, Churu (Raj.) ”

Accordingly, the amended cause-title, incorporating the correct particulars of petitioner and the respondents No.2 is taken on record, and thus, the same shall substitute the previous (defective) cause title(s) in the writ petition, stay petition as well as in the aforementioned order dated 08.12.2023. The permitted correction, which is also reflected in the amended cause title accordingly, shall form part of the writ petition, stay petition as well as the order dated 08.12.2023. Further the aforesaid substitution made in the order dated 08.12.2023 shall form part of the order dated 08.12.2023 and the same shall be read accordingly.
