The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition claiming the following reliefs :-

"(i) The impugned order dated 17.01.2022 (Ann.6) passed by respondent no.2 may kindly be declared highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and malafide one and same may kindly be quashed and set aside.

(ii) the respondents may kindly be directed to keep continue the petitioner on the post of Technical HelperII at the office of A.En. (O&M) AVVNL,Bagot, Parbatsar, District Nagaur."

The interim order against the impugned transfer order / APO order dated 17.01.2022 is operating since 28.01.2022.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that interim order granted against the impugned transfer / APO order dated 17.01.2022 be made absolute and the respondents may be given liberty to pass fresh order in administrative exigency in case required.

On such submission, the present petition is disposed of while making the interim order dated 28.01.2022 passed by this Court staying the effect and operation of the order dated 17.01.2022 as absolute. It is made clear that the respondents shall be at liberty to pass fresh order and transfer the petitioner, in accordance with law, obviously, if administrative exigency so warrants.

All pending applications also stand disposed of.
