It has been submitted in the application that inadvertently, in para No.3 of the judgment, the post and date of appointment of petitioner No.1 Akbar Khan has been mentioned to be ‘Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC) on 08.06.1987’ whereas the same ought to be ‘Bio Gas Mistri on 17.09.1984’ which was mentioned in Schedule “A” as annexed to the writ petition.
