The compliance report is filed on behalf of learned AAG Mr. Sunil Beniwal. In the compliance report, it is mentioned that all the encroachment over the public land has been removed except one pakka construction. It is mentioned that the proceedings of tarmeen of the land is under progress and after completion of the same, if it is found that the pakka construction is on the public land is an encroachment, the same shall be removed.
