This writ petition is filed by the petitioners claiming that they have filed this petition in public interest raising a grievance that the State Government has sanctioned the construction of bitumen road from village Biramsar to Bachhrara via Khichado Ki Dhani, Thori Ki Dhani for a length of 6 Kms.

It is contended that though the construction of the said road has been started but on account of some objections raised by respondent No.9, the construction of the said road has been stopped. The petitioners are claiming that they are the residents of the area and are beneficiaries of the said road but on account of unnecessary objection raised by the respondent No.9, the construction of the road has been stopped.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and after going through the material available on record, we do not find any proof that the construction of the above referred road was stopped on account of objection raised by the respondent No.9.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are also claiming that they have moved a representation before the Sub Divisional Officer, Ratangarh, Churu for starting the work of the above referred road but no heed has been paid to it.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate representation before the Sub Divisional Officer, Ratangarh, Churu for redressal of their grievances within a period of ten days from today.
