1. This writ contempt petition has been filed by the present contempt-petitioner alleging that the order dated 22.01.2021 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13599/2020 (Hardat Singh Gill & Ors. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.) has not been complied with by the respondents.
2. This Court while disposing of DBCWP No.13599/2020 (supra) observed that no further direction are required to be issued in the instant case pursuant to the order dated 30.01.2019 passed by this Court at Jaipur Bench in Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors. Vs.
State of Rajasthan & Ors. (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10819/2018) . It was further observed that needless to say

that the representation to be made by the petitioners shall be considered by the PLPC in accordance with law.
3. It is noticed that DBCWP No.13599/2020 (supra) was not preferred by the present contempt-petitioner and was filed on behalf of other persons.
4. In such circumstances, we are of the opinion that when the present contempt-petitioner himself was not the writ-petitioner in DBCWP No.13599/2020 (supra), the instant writ contempt petition filed by him alleging non-compliance of the order dated 22.01.2021 passed by this Court in DBCWP No.13599/2020 (supra) is not maintainable.
5. Hence, this writ contempt petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
