Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present contempt petition has been filed being aggrieved by the non compliance of the order dated 27.09.2021 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13425/2021 (Uma Khandelwal & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the present contempt petition, the competent

authority of the respondent department has decided the representation submitted by the petitioners in conformity with the order dated 27.09.2021 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13425/2021 (Uma Khandelwal & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.).
Learned counsel submitted that since representation submitted by the petitioners has already been decided, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition and the same has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present contempt petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal recourse against the order rejecting representation dated 23.08.2023 passed by the Chief Engineer, P.H.E.D., Jaipur, Rajasthan.
