Learned counsel for the parties submitted that since the representation filed by the petitioner has already been decided, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in the present contempt petitioner and the same has become infructuous.

In view of above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the instant contempt petition is dismissed as having rendered been rendered infructuous. Rule is discharged.
