Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State submits that the order, disobedience whereof is alleged in the contempt petitions, stand complied with, but due to minor administrative discrepancies, S.B. Writ Contempt Petitions NO.1312/2018, 1391/2018, 318/2019 & 335/2019 are under the process of compliance and he also assures this Court that the necessary compliance shall be made, strictly in accordance with law.
In light of such submission, the present contempt petition are disposed of; accordingly the contempt proceedings are dropped and notices stand discharged.
In S.B. Writ Contempt Petitions No.1312/2018, 1391/2018, 318/2019 & 335/2019, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this Court again, in case need arises.
