This Hon’ble Court had passed the following interim order on 27.07.2022:
“Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the order passed by this Court on 25.08.2021, the petitioner was permitted to appear in the first year of the examination of D.El.Ed. He further submits that the petitioner has appeared in all the papers but the result of the petitioner is not being declared. He further submits that the petitioner has also deposited the fees for the second year of D.El.Ed. and the classes will be commenced shortly. He, therefore, prays that the result of the first year may be declared.

Considering the submissions made at the Bar, this Court feels that since the petitioner has appeared in all the papers of the first year of D.El.Ed. Course and the studies of the second year will be commenced shortly, it will be in the interest of justice to declare the result of the first year examination of the petitioner.
In these circumstances, the respondents are directed to declare the result of the first year of the petitioner at the earliest.
List the matter on 25.08.2022.”
Learned counsel for the respondents Mr. K.K. Bissa, AGC and Mr. Rajendra Singh Chauhan have no objection, if the writ petition of the petitioners is allowed.
In light of such agreement given by learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition is allowed. The respondents shall facilitate the completion of the course of the petitioners and consequential declaration.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
