At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submit that the recruitment process is over; no seats are vacant and subsequent process has also been held by the Department.
In light of such submission, no further interference is called for and the present petitions are disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners that in case, any need arises in future recruitment, they shall be free to agitate their cause. However, it is made clear that in pursuance of order dated 04.09.2020 passed by this Hon’ble Court, the amount of Rs.20,000/- deposited by the petitioners to the respondent authority, be refunded in favour of the petitioners.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
