This contempt petition is filed by the petitioners alleging that the respondents are not complying with the directions given by this Court vide order dated 09.03.2022 passed in D.B.Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.2959/2022.
This Court, vide order dated 09.03.2022, has directed the Public Land Protection Cell (PLPC) to treat the writ petition filed by the petitioners as complaint on behalf of them and thereafter to take a decision on the basis of the material available on record within a period of four months.
Learned counsel for the respondents has informed that the Public Land Protection Cell (PLPC), Pali has already decided the representation filed by the petitioners and issued necessary direction to the officials concerned.
In view of the fact that the representation filed by the petitioners has already been decided, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition and the same is disposed of.
Notices are discharged.
