Mr. Sandeep Shah, learned Sr. Advocate/AAG appearing on behalf of respondent has submitted that the order dated 06.07.2023 passed by the Directorate of Prosecution, Rajasthan, Jaipur has been amended pursuant to the order dated 12.07.2023 passed by this Court and it is clarified that the service of the petitioners will be deemed to be regularized from their initial date of appointment. It is, therefore, submitted that the order passed by this Court has sufficiently been complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the order regarding notional benefit etc. has not been passed by the respondents.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, after perusing the impugned orders passed by this Court and taking into consideration the order dated 20.07.2023 passed by the respondents, we are of the view that the order passed by this Court has substantially been complied with.
Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this writ contempt petition and the same is hereby disposed of.
However, it will be open for the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy available to them under the law for any grievance which as per them has not been redressed.
