Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that substantial compliance of the order dated 6.8.2021 passed by this Court has not been made as the encroachments over the gochar land of Khasra No.30 have not been removed.
Learned AAG has submitted that though encroachments made on other Khasras have been removed, however, as there is some dispute with regard to Khasra No.30, the encroachments made thereon could not be removed. Learned AAG has assured

this Court that appropriate steps will be taken for removing the encroachment made on Khasra No.30.
In view of the assurance given by Mr. Beniwal, learned AAG, we are of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this writ contempt petition.
The writ contempt petition is, therefore, disposed of. Notices are discharged.
