Mr. Sandeep Shah, learned Sr. Advocate/AAG has submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 04.04.02023, the encroachments over the forest land have already been removed completely.

It is submitted that the compliance report of this effect has already been filed before this Court on 02.05.2023.

Learned counsel Mr. N.R. Choudhary appearing on behalf of petitioners has submitted that all the encroachments over the forest land have not been removed, however, no counter to the compliance report has been filed on behalf of the petitioners.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the compliance report, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court has substantially been complied with.

Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this writ contempt petition and the same is hereby disposed of.
