Mr. M.A. Siddiqui, learned Government Counsel cum Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that there are no specific allegations from any person in the FIR and the corpus in question is a major male.

1.1 Mr. Siddiqui further submits that although sincere efforts were made to search for such corpus and he assures the Court

that such efforts shall continue, but it is not a case of illegal detention.

In light of such submissions made on behalf of the respondents and no contradiction by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to continue to search for the corpus as a missing person. It shall be open for the petitioners to provide any clue or information which they have regarding the missing person. It is further made clear that if the petitioners at any time receive any information, which would entitle them to file fresh petition, the liberty shall remain.
