Mr. Sandeep Shah, learned Senior Counsel & AAG appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the issue stands closed because the show cause notice under challenge has already culminated into final proceedings having been completed by the Collector (Stamp) on 11.10.2023.
In light of such submission, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, in case, the final decision on the issue in question is to be challenged, the petitioner shall take appropriate legal recourse before the appropriate forum.
