Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the present writ petition, the Rajasthan Paramedical Council has decided the application preferred by the petitioner vide order dated 21.07.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh.
Learned counsel for the respondents has not objected to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the submissions made before this Court, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
