It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the Sub Divisional Officer, Kotkasim District Alwar is not taking their application for issuance of Schedule Tribes certificate in new performa. Counsel further submits that earlier the petitioners were having the Schedule Tribes certificate.

Counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioners file fresh application for issuance of Schedule Tribes certificate in new performa then the same will be decided in accordance with law.

In that view of the matter, I dispose of this writ petition with direction to the petitioners to file fresh application for issuance of Schedule Tribes certificate in the office of respondent No.3 within a period of three days and the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the said application within a period of one week thereafter.
